What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a traditional healing method of the Vedic culture from India. It's believed to have been in continuous use for nearly 6,000 years, and that means it's time-tested. Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word that literally translates as the wisdom of life or the knowledge of longevity. Ayurvedic medicine sees health as much more than simply the absence of disease. The principle involves the balancing of mind, body and spirit. When they are in balance, peace and health can be maintained.
